Halloween is just around the corner, and even though the first snowflake has yet to hit the ground, many ladies in Northern Virginia and Washington, DC metro are already planning their tasteful boudoir sessions for their partner or husband.  Sessions will be limited in order to give enough time and attention to each client's design.
